Samsung Health Floor Count Not Working
Samsung health pedometer not working jump to solution 01 02 2019 07 39 am.
Samsung health floor count not working. Just noticed this problem on my new galaxy watch. I purchased this to replace my fitbit blaze and old asus zw2 which is dying and wanted 1 device to cover both of their functionality. Floor is not a unit of measure. Change within the manager on the tab all then search for the app s.
I cannot believe samsung still havent sorted the inaccurate step count and floor count. My house floors are more than the 10 feet it says it needs to count a floor. Always maintain peak condition with samsung health. I have cleared the cache reinstalled the app etc all to no avail.
I also question the step count. You can possibly resolve it by performing some basic troubleshooting steps. I ve had the galaxy watch for about a day now and it s only registered 1 floor. I m not sure if this is an issue with the hardware or the software.
Set goals and track your daily progress on your activity level workout intensity sleep quality calorie and water intake. Now it may be that s health on your samsung galaxy smartphone does not count steps anymore. I thought buying the gw vs gear s3 frontier was a smart futureproof buy but not if it isn t accurate. I have a 2 story house and it registered 1 floor all day.
Tried many of the suggestipns in this thread. I would recommend reaching out to our samsung health department you can reach them here. I use my 246354. Also galaxy watch wearables user can now exercise more effectively through life fitness technogym and corehealth.
They acted like i was the only one who had this problem. For this you have to navigate to the s ystem settings of android and open here the application manager. If so we would like to show you a way how to get the pedometer working again. The only one that seemed to work consistantly is to raise my arm as i get to the top of the stairs.
Inaccurate floor count factors on your samsung smart watch your watch automatically tracks the number of floors you ve climbed while wearing the watch. I ve probably done 25 30. Love the watch but just not fit for purpose when they are quite blatantly ignoring this issue. Is anyone else having an issue.
My samsung health recently stopped tracking my steps. However there are several factors that can cause your floor count to seem inaccurate such as your environment and the way you walk. Please check if there s a pending update of samsung health app in your phone on the google playstore or galaxy app.
