Samsung Gear S3 Floor Count Not Working
Actually floor counting just works fine.
Samsung gear s3 floor count not working. After last update sensors don t work in gear s3 frontier. I getting better counts with my 1 pedometer bought a doller tree. No to also bring up the issue with a percentage of my contacts just randomly disappearing. When you start to measure your step the step tracker monitors your steps and displays your step account after a brief delay because your galaxy watch accurately recognizes your movement after you walk for a while also for an accurate step count you may experience a brief.
This shows a company that is totally out of touch with its customers views. That should literally be over 1 000 flights. Actually it been years not months. We all spend 400 on this watch and it doesnt work.
I was hoping it was software related but it still doesn t work properly after that long and even new watches launched so must be hardware issue. I also question the step count. A customer support rep in th uk has confirmed that the watch doesn t start counting after you ve taken a few steps. My floor counter hasn t worked properly since about a year and a half ago.
I think height between the floors should be 10meters or something. Battery issue you can use the power saving mode when you dont work out. I have asked them to put an edit function so i could correct the count but they have no desire to do so. My s2 had the same issue i have owned 3 samsung smart watches over the past 3 years and have only logged 1 flight of stairs in my home.
I have a 2 story house and it registered 1 floor all day. I have had my refurbed once and still the counter just randomly stops. The device is set to count a floor when it reached the programmed height in between the floors otherwise it wont count as a floor. It s not a new issue it has been the same on other samsung watches gear fit etc.
Despite being told many many times they still persist with this belief. I thought buying the gw vs gear s3 frontier was a smart futureproof buy but not if it isn t accurate. This samsung policy of not accepting repairs on products.
